Hermès Marketing Plan

The final project for a Campaign class at NYU was to create a marketing plan for an existing brand.

The marketing plan includes brand and competition evaluation through a SWOT analysis, Brand Positioning, Brand Ladder, and assessment of the current Creative Strategy.

The marketing plan then focuses on an advertising campaign "Petit Amour 2023" for small leather goods and includes various creative executions of social media and video ads, OOH, and Non-traditional advertising.

  • Two Video Ads - script and storyboard

  • Out Of Home Billboard Ad

  • Non-Traditional Strategy 
    (a pop-up event called Orange Oasis)

  • Magazine Print Ad for the pop-up event

  • Hermès App with additional features
    (bag scanner and AR scavenger hunt)
